Our Sales Executive’s very first aim is to really get to know our customers and then advise and guide them all the way through their home buying journey, eliminating the stress and hassle that moving can sometimes bring.
The team at Create Homes wants customers not only to be happy about their decision to buy from us, but be totally delighted by the quality of the service and homes they are buying. Our Sales staff are not just focused on selling properties, but are there to listen, advise and help, at every step of every customers’ individual home buying journey.

Right at the start, the Sales Team talk to every customer about what they want in a new home, both for themselves and their families and what their personal circumstances are, in order for us to help find their dream home within their individual budgets and time frames.
We like to really get to know every customer in order to provide them with the best service and advice possible, to ultimately find them the home that is totally perfect for them.

THE SALES EXECUTIVES’ ROLE
Each day officially starts at 10am, but the Sales Executives arrive much earlier to open the show homes and ensure everything is looking perfect. Then there’s a whole range of different tasks that need to be completed before the sales offices close at 4pm.
The role of a Sales Advisor is extremely varied, from making initial appointments, showing people around the development and show homes, advising on Help to Buy and Part Exchange schemes, recommending independent mortgage advisors and helping with all aspects of the conveyancing process - right through to helping customers choose their kitchen schemes and flooring and helping them ultimately move in their new Create home.
The Sales Executives love working with people. Create Homes’ Sales Advisor Gill said: “What I really love about my job is the fact that I get to deal with so many different people from day to day. We speak to financial advisors, estate agents and solicitors throughout the day, in addition to handling enquiries and following up sales leads from prospective buyers, not to mention managing that the house sales proceed smoothly.”
The Sales Team are also available to make sure that every little detail is spot-on before the customer moves in and with the Site Manager, demonstrate all the appliances and features of the buyer’s new home and answer any final questions they may have before they move in.
For Gill, the feeling of finalising a reservation and completing on a property is unbeatable.

The service doesn’t stop there. Once our customers move in, The Sales and Aftercare teams are always on hand if the customers ever need them, so customers always have full peace of mind when buying a Create home.
Sales Executive Linda said: “Many of our customers become our friends. We are not just selling bricks and mortar, we are providing homes and lifestyles that fulfil dreams. I love to watch the communities develop as each property is finished and the families move in. It gives me such pleasure to know that I have been part of the process of creating them.
