- We arrange a valuation of your current home.
- Once your property has been surveyed and you agree the offer, we facilitate a guaranteed cash buyer for your existing property, for up to 90% of market value.
- Relax and continue to live in your home whilst you reserve your new Create Home & plan your move.
- You’re restricted to buying a new build from Create Homes if you use our Part Exchange Scheme.
- An offer is subject to a satisfactory Home Buyers Report. Your present home must meet certain basic qualifying criteria to be eligible for our Part Exchange Scheme*.
- There may be a minimum property value that can be accepted under this scheme.
