OUR APPROACH
At Create Homes we recognise the importance of having a fully engaged and committed Supply Chain that is capable of working with us to deliver our residential housing projects to our very high standards of quality and finish.
On our residential construction projects, it’s not just the Create people that make the difference, it’s our whole Supply Chain.
We want our house purchasers to feel totally confident that every aspect of their home – from the core infrastructure, right down to fine details. We want them to know that the homes they choose are in trusted, specialist hands.
This is why we’re so selective in choosing our sub-contractors and put them through a rigorous quality and selection process. We expect a lot from them.
