Create Homes has announced that it has received full planning permission for a quality new housing development in Bispham, near Blackpool, Poulton-Le-Fylde and Thornton-Cleveleys. The new development is situated off Faraday Way, to the west of the seaside town. Create Homes secured planning permission from Blackpool & Wyre Councils to build the new homes, which will provide much needed quality housing opportunities for the area. Work will start on site July 2023.
