Create Homes turns 4

This week Create Homes celebrated its 4th birthday with the launch of phase 2 of their St Petersfields development in the semi-rural village of Inskip, near Preston. The release of another nine new homes, on the north side of the development, brings to market a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes.

Formed in 2015, Create Homes, part of the Create Group of Companies, specialises in designing and building quality residential housing developments in desirable semi-rural locations across the North West.

The properties offer exceptional levels of specification as standard throughout, including SieMatic kitchens from Stuart Frazer. Many of the phase two properties have additional design enhancements, including the Sowerby and Bowgreave – both now offering even larger kitchen and dining areas, as well as fully fenced and turfed rear gardens as standard.

Create Homes’ Founder, Gill Mathison, worked closely with Gemma Schofield of Lifestyle Interiors in Middlewich on the interior style of the properties, giving the sales team the ability to offer all customers a choice of coordinating designer finishes as standard in all the new homes.

Denise Caldwell, Head of Sales at Create Homes commented: “The development at St. Petersfield’s offers homes of exceptional quality, which we feel are the best on the market. Customer reaction has been exceptional, and they really appreciate our refreshing and friendly approach, as well as the design and space on offer in each of our new homes.”

Gill Mathison commented: “All Create Homes properties offer spacious and aspirational living… and with plans in place to bring another three semi-rural developments to the market in 2020, we are becoming a real force to be reckoned with in the new homes market.”
