The company is currently building a range of new 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed family homes at their St Petersfield’s development in the village, after the success of their first development Ash Meadows, creating two new local communities in the process. YIP Charity is a youth club for the young people of Inskip which provides them with education in the Arts and culture, heritage, science and amateur sport.

The club’s membership currently ranges from 7 to 20 years and runs on Tuesday evenings from 6-9pm. The youth group’s latest charity night took place over the Christmas period.

The hamper, donated by Create Homes, was won by Nicola and Dean Faria who live in the village. They are very involved with YIP’s youth group and have been for a very long time. The group raised over £200 on the night and great fun was had by everyone.

Claire Nash the charity’s Trustee said, “It’s really appreciated and it’s only through generosity of companies like Create Homes that we can raise funds to keep the youth group going.”

Create Homes also recently erected a sign for the local primary school, St Peter’s Church of England School, many pupils of which are members of the youth club.
