The showhomes opened to the public for a special viewing day on Saturday 10th & Sunday the 11th November 2018 after a successful VIP opening event on the 7th.
St Petersfield’s contains a mix of quality detached and semi-detached 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses and a select number of 2 bedroom bungalows. All properties are of high build quality and offer exceptional levels of specification as standard throughout.
Create Homes’ Managing Director Gill Mathison worked closely with Gemma Schofield of Lifestyle Interiors in Middlewich on the interior schemes of both properties:
- The Sowerby, a 5 bedroom home, has been richly decorated with an autumnal palette and the use of contemporary dark furniture has given the large living spaces an extra special ‘wow’ factor.
- The Rossall has a beautiful soft colour palette throughout, keeping the 4 bedroom home light and bright – whilst adding glamour with the use of subtle metallics.
Both properties showcase beautiful handleless Siematic kitchens, designed and installed by Stuart Frazer; integrated Neff appliances; oak veneered doors and security alarms; as well as block paving and a fully fenced & turfed rear garden – all of which are standard across the development.
Gill Mathison commented: “Create Homes is exceptionally proud of our new showhomes at St Petersfield’s. After listening carefully to our customers, we have worked really hard to further improve the design and build of all our properties. The clever use of layout, increased lounge size, extra storage space and the inclusion of high-end kitchens as standard has really taken our house types to another level. We offer an exceptional product, the quality of which we feel is the best in the market.”
The first phase of St Petersfield’s contains 17 new properties, half of which have already been reserved. More properties will be released for sale over the coming months.
The launch of St Petersfield’s follows on from the success of the adjoining Ash Meadows development, which was completed by Create Homes earlier this year and is now almost fully occupied.
