All 27 properties are to be aptly named after boroughs of the Fylde, with the initial foundations for the first five properties The Kirkland, The Winmarleigh, The Hambleton, The Eccleston and The Nateby already poured and under construction.

Construction for the first phase of the five properties is due to be finished by October 2016, with the final completion date for the entire Ash Meadows site as September 2017.
