Create Homes launches new online Aftercare system

We have streamlined our Aftercare operations to ensure we continue to offer a high-quality service to our customers with a new online system - Clixifix.

Our Sales and Aftercare team, Create Care are committed to delivering excellence through every step of your home buying journey and our service does not end when we hand over your keys during your home demonstration. The Clixifix Aftercare system is provided to allow you to communicate easily with our Aftercare Team, and log any issues, if any, so that they can be attended to in an efficient and timely manner.

CLIXIFIX - OUR AFTERCARE SYSTEM

Rigorous quality checks have been carried out throughout the build process and your new home comes with an insurance backed structural warranty and strict adherence to the Consumer Code for Housebuilders. We hope customers find everything is as they would wish, but if they do find any issues, rest assured - we are here to help! 

At handover, customers are shown how to use the easy Create Homes Aftercare System, ‘Clixifix’, which is an online tool where you can report any issues with your home. There is also emergency cover in place if you need it, 24 hours a day.

‘Clixifix’ is available 24/7 from any smart phone, tablet or desktop computer with an internet connection, meaning customers have access to it any time you need it.

 

HOW TO USE CLIXIFIX

Within the Create Homes Aftercare System, ‘Clixifix’, customers can quickly capture images of any defect related issues and send them directly to the Create Care Team. This will generate a unique shared ticket, so the Aftercare Team can collaborate to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, whilst keeping the customer updated.  

Customers will have access to a handy shared calendar within ‘Clixifix’, detailing what appointments have been arranged, with who, and how long they will be in the home. 

Our dedicated Create Care Aftercare team will receive a notification when customers have raised a ticket & will communicate with them via ‘Clixifix’. If Create Homes needs to send a contractor to the customer’s home, the customers can follow the progress, including any appointments that have been made within Clixifix.
