Visiting Our Sites Safely

Your safety is very important to us, so please take a few moments to read this important safety information before you visit any of our construction sites.

PLEASE NEVER VISIT OUR SITES ALONE

Construction sites can be dangerous. It is very essential for your safety that you do not wonder unaccompanied around the site to view any properties or to take pictures AT ANY TIME.

Please make a prior arrangement with the sales team before you visit. You will be provided with PPE and shown the safe routes round the site by a member of the sales or construction team.

PLEASE READ THIS SAFETY INFORMATION BEFORE YOUR VISIT US:

SAFETY IN CONSTRUCTION AREAS

  1. Appointments are held in the marketing suite/showhome. If you wish to view a property in the construction area, you will need safe access and must be accompanied by a member of staff. Please do not wonder unaccompanied on site.
  2. You will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to walk around the site and view the homes. These items include a hard hat, high visibility jacket & safety boots. Please ask your Sales Executive to provide these items for you on your visit.
  3. Building sites can be dangerous, so please make sure your children are aware of this. Do not allow them to play on site and avoid any areas that are fenced off.
  4. The fenced off areas are for construction personnel only and are prohibited to all visitors, unless accompanied by site management and an appointment made by prior arrangement.

GENERAL SITE SAFETY

  1. Please be courteous of residents already living in their dream home on the development and respect their private property.
  2. Occasionally, the site will receive deliveries of materials on lorries and vans, which may mean they have to use the public roads through the site. Please ensure you stay within the pedestrian walk-ways provided.
  3. There may be large vehicles causing traffic throughout the site, using the public roads to complete remedial or final resurfacing to footpaths. Please make yourself visible to the driver when passing.

WHEN VIEWING OUR SHOWHOMES

  1. Our showhomes are laid out to be as similar as your own home as possible, which includes ornaments and fragile decorations.
  2. If you are taking little ones on an appointment, please make them aware of fragile items within the showhome.

WHEN VISITING OUR VIEW UNITS

  1. When visiting a view unit, your Sales Executive will accompany you to and from the property.
  2. If there are no carpets and therefore only hard surfaces, please watch your step.
